1. Acceptance of the Pact

By entering the Nexus (using the LoreKeeper app or website), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to this pact, you must leave the Nexus immediately.

2. Use of the Chronicler (AI)

LoreKeeper provides AI-powered insights for your books. While the Chronicler strives for wisdom, its responses are generated by a machine and may occasionally be inaccurate or hallucinatory. Use this guidance at your own risk.

You agree not to use the AI to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

3. Content Ownership

You maintain full ownership of the books and notes you import into LoreKeeper. SleepyMind Studio does not claim any rights to your personal library.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features (like the Relationship Weave and expanded AI limits) require a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

SleepyMind Studio is not responsible for any data loss, spoiled endings (though we try our best!), or technical interruptions in the Astral Plane.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to ban Seekers who violate these terms or attempt to subvert the security of the Nexus.
